I contacted Mariam on 12th April to log a complaint about my Restonic mattress. I called again 24th April at 2:40pm for an update to discover that not only did she not log my complaint but she didn't even take down my number! Furious as I was she told me it would take 15 working days for the mattress to be delivered.

On Saturday 25th May the driver came to deliver my replacement unit & to my dismay Mariam had logged a request for my base to be replaced & not my mattress.

I was furious at this after having waited so long for my replacement unit!

Monday 27th May I called the branch, spoke to Gawie - branch manager & was told they have now logged a request for a mattress & that it would take 2 weeks.

I called them again today 14th June & was told that the request has been logged & it's just a matter of time. Almost 3 weeks after Gawie had told me it would take 2 weeks.

The service is atrocious! I keep getting promised a call back to give me an update but nobody ever calls. I keep having to call them.

I feel like taking the bed back to the store & getting my money back just because of the lack of service!

In total I've now been waiting 9 weeks.
