No order delivery and bad communication from suppl

I have placed two orders with BIOVEA none of which arrived. The first order was placed in June 2013 and after numerous inquiries about the status of my order they finally concluded after a month of back and forth e-mails that my parcel was, I am still waiting for my refund. The second order placed with this company (over R2000 worth) also after numerous inquiries on the status of my order they kept telling me to be patient and that delivery takes /- 15 working days. It has been almost a month and now they inform me that one of the product ordered can no longer be delivered to South Africa and I must wait an additional month for them to ship my order again. I am tired of dealing with BIOVEA and I would like my ordered delivered and my money refunded.

I warn consumers not to do business with BIOVEA as they cannot deliver and will only your hard earned money!
