NOW UNLESS I AM AN INDIOT OR SOMETHING, YOUR RETURN POLCIY IS BACK TO FRONT.
OTHER COMPANIES TELL U THAT YOU CANNOT RETURN AN ITEM IF IT IS BROKEN, YOUR POLICY IS THAT YOU DO NOT REFUND UNLESS THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ITEM.THAT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO FREAKIN SENSE.
