Poor service, worse food

I am happy to say that today will be the last day that I will EVER spend money in this branch of food lovers.
The staff are rude and it seems as if they are unwilling to assist you quickly. Case in point, today, I was waiting to ask for a pie. The lady that is assisting looks at me and then walks away to work in the back, I call and ask her if I could please get a pie and she then ignores me and eventually calls another staff member to assist.

The pie itself was horrible as per usual, although at least today it was cooked. I normally go to food lovers out of pure convenience, but I am done waiting my money and will now be frequenting Checkers in the same center.

Your "cooked" food is disgusting, since you changed to Ma Baker pie's from Magpie pies you are lucky if it tastes fine and if it actually is cooked and your staff have no idea what customer service is. Sadly, I am not the only one in my office to complain about this, and we will ALL be going elsewhere.
