What an attitude I got yesterday from a lady at the shoprite store when I wanted to make payments for the multichoice account (DSTV) for my mother who stay in KZN Estcourt, I had the payment reference number with me as it was my first time to make payments for my mum manually. The lady told me she does not take ref numbers that do not have slips (previous slips) and I must go to multichoice office to ask for one
I had to ask my sister who stays in Bramley to make payments and did without a slip in her area.

The attitude I got from the store was uncalled for as she did not even bother to explain why she cannot help me if I do not have the slip but only the ref numbe
