Disgusting Service

I paid my dstv account at a kiosk in shoprite Estcourt on the 25/04/2013, as usual I brought all my previous slips so that the cashier could process the payment, The cashier punched in an incorrect reference no and needless to say my services got disconnected.
I went to complain on the 06/05/2013, firstly the manager shouted at me as if it was my fault that THEIR cashier messed up my account, He secondly chased me out of his office and called his asssistant manager (an indian lady) who was just as resistant to assist me, I finally got them to call multichoice and rectify the issue and and explain that it was their fault that my services were disconnected and told them that they should explain to dstv that any reconnecion fees, they will be liable for...

No Apology was offered all i got was shouting and accusations as if it were my fault, and I gotta say, I have never ever in my life came across such arrogance and SLOPPY management, and i hope i never ever agin have to deal with such lack of customer service and inadequate management
