PLEASE FIX HIS ATTITUDE

I went to pay my account, i asked the lady on the counter about how do i pay cash as i usually pay on the self service machine, she told me to go to shoprite or checkers, i then asked if it was gonna clear out same day, she said i should pay and come back to them, i did exactly what she told me, when i came back i went back to her she then refered me to customer services que, when it was my turn i gave the slip to the gentleman on the counter and told him that i am here for payment, he took my slip and looked at it and he said should wait next to the self service machine, i did that, at the machine he told me to put my account reference and follow the instructions, then the machine asked for a card payment, then i told him that i had cash but i was told to come back after paying at checkers or shoprite, then he shouted me and said YOU SAID YOU WANT TO PAY, YOU ARE NOW TELLING ME THAT YOU HAVE PAID AT CHECKERS, YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME, THEN YOU WILL START AGAIN FROM THE END OF THE QUE. i said to him but you checked the slip i gave you, he said START THE QUE, i then asked his name and he said I AM THABO AND WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO? WITH A DISRESPECTFUL LOOK, I LEFT HIM WHILE SHOUTING.
