Suggestion self medication till slips

Hi, I would like to share with you my experience regarding retrieving my till slips for self medication for tax purposes. The previous financial year I phoned the call centre and the lady emailed me my till slips within minutes. Unfortunately Dis-Chem don't have this option anymore. This year they told me I had to go to the store, when I got to the store the store told me they are not allowed to give it to me and gave me someone's name to contact. This poor guy had to phone all the Dis-Chem stores where I shopped the past year and asked them to fax the slips to him. Thereafter he scanned it and the slips that were unclear he retyped. He went through a massive effort to be able to send my till slips to me. I have a suggestion that Dis-Chem make use of technology available. Why could it be so easy the previous year en this year it was such a struggle? Why do away with something that worked for such a primitive way this year. Please, please, please use technology and make the till slips available for the call centre people to email to clients. Thanks.
