2 Years and No Joy

For the last 2 years my interaction with Multichoice has been a nightmare. I have 8, count them 8 'missing' payements that were made manually because my account was double and triple debited due to a 'technical' fault. That is beside the point. My current gripe is the following. Multichoice is blaming Pay@ [Easipay] for the problem - they in turn are blaming Multichoice. I however, am the one getting disconnected every month. I have had to follow up myself because no-one is willing or able to on either side there. I have had to repay the 'missing' deposits despite me emiling, faxing and couriering the slips to Cape Town to Easipay. Three months ago I had to make a payment arrangement to reconnect while the matter was being 'investigated'. I have made three equal payments in the last three months the last two I have had no problem with. However this months is 'missing' again and I ma being given the runaround by these people. I have ostensively paid double for DSTV in the last year or so. They have from me and I can nothing about it other than sue. They are lucky TOP TV is rubbish or they would loe thousands of clients.
