Unable to make payment using account nr: 46767446

Since I activated this account I have numerous problems - Please check your records
I spoke to 3 different team leaders already and I dont know how many agents. Multichoice is sending me statements via cellphone with account number: 46767446 but I'm struggling to make payment using this account number.
Last months I went to Shoprite and Pick n Pay to pay but it was saying wrong account number until I went again to try Pick n Pay second day. It went through after they tried 3 tills.
This month on the 26/09/2013 I went to Shoprite Mayfair and yesterday I tried same shoprite. Today I went to ABSA in Parktown and in JHB central and it gives me same error.
My services are now disconnected and still I'm unable to make payment.
I tried calling their call centre 4 times today and self help saying I'm owing R0.00 but I know this is not true. Self help always gives wrong information.
I want to pay this account and I'm not willing to pay reconnection fees and please activate my services.
Please give me correct customer number or reference number to pay before. This is annoying, standing on those long queues and not do what you want to do
