And so I just received a call from Ricardo Frank at the Client Services Centre for Edgars here in Cape Town. Ricardo was blissfully unaware of the fact that I have been fighting with the Edgars billing department about the fact that they harras me for things that I have already confirmed to them. Ricardo confirmed to me that the turnaround time for the hello peter complaints is in fact 48 hours, but guess what - not even this promise can be kept!!! And of course Ricardo phoned me to hear what I will pay this month, even after I have paid my account!!! I therefore copy the response that was sent to me a few days ago by some Edgars staff member and I ask - WHY DO YOU EVEN BOTHER??? The response was just another empty promise and confirmation of how incompetent staff at your company can be. No email, no feedback, no resolution, no happy client... Please look at my case number and EMAIL me IMMEDIATELY! Do NOT phone and HARRASS me again!!!
