As per my recent reports I have been trying to deal with your completely incompetent bunch of fools. Ricardo Frank's manager phoned me and at the end of his call promised to get a credit manager to phone me that same afternoon, but its been 4 days and still nothing! PLEASE DO NOT respond to this complaint with a generic system generated response and reference number!!! I want a real human to respond to my queries!!! And to explain why nothing has been sorted in 3 weeks!!!
