Incredible Connection
Online purchase and received cracked goods

I purchased a sansui etab online from incredble connection and got the tablet this friday that passed. I then unpacked it even though i saw the box was so dirty. I put the tablet on and while waiting for it to go on i looked around the tablet and saw a crack at the bottom and more around the rest of the cover/border. They dont want me to take it to the store for exchange... i told them it will be easier and quicker... instead they want me to send it back with the couriers again then then when they receve this cracked one they will then send the replacement. Why cant i just exchange it at the store seeing that they seny me damaged stuff.
