In March I bought a lounge set from House and Home and after about 2 months we noticed that the one reclining chair are leaning towards the left, on closer inspection we noticed that one of the bottom bars are bent. I phoned House and Home and they promised to call me back the following day as the lady responding to the call (Shamima) wasn't sure what to do. A week later I drove to the shop myself and demanded to speak to the branch manager. First I was told that he was busy and can't speak to me and after I insisted he came. After It appears that Shamima had made a note but somehow it got lost and that she was hoping that I would call back as she had no contact information (it is on the system!!!). Long story short, the salesmanager took my details and promised that someone will call me to come and inspect... it is now the beginning of June, two weeks later and still nothing came of it!!! They also told me that if it is a factory fault it will be taken away to be repaired - no option was given to me if I would like that or rather change it for a new one. When I mentioned it, they did not look to happy at all.

8 months later and my lounge set is still broken
