Poor quality bed from Sealy Preston/House and home

I bought a new Sealy Preston bed from House and Homes and it was delivered on the 29 June 2013. I then reported a fault with the bed, a call was logged with Sealy, I have given them options to come into my house and do an inspection of which no one has made time to come, the mattress at the bottom is torn and the material covering the base is starting to come out. my account is being debited mean while no one is doing anything about the faulty bed. I have spoken to the store manager Verdi who never came back to me. I have given Sealy an option of coming and doing the inspection Saturday morning or Friday afternoon. I am not happy with their product and the level of service I received.
