Its been 1 Year 2 Months Now

Last year April my wife called because of the Bed Base needed to be replaced this was within our warranty

However this has not been done, on many occasion my wife called the call centre and was just given reference numbers after reference number and still nothing has been done. Two weeks ago I called and requested to speak to the complaints manager Sharice she tried her best to help and followed up the next and advised that George the manager at the Roodepoort Princess Crossing would call me, George did call and was advised about suppliers
I specifically stated that I wanted it a week ago, still nothing called George and was told again about suppliers and so forth
This is unacceptable, since my wife and I got married all our furniture requirement we needed we went to Furniture City, 1st the one opposite Clearwater Mall and now Princess Crossing
I will never again use Furniture City or company aligned to the Ellerine Holdings please can someone senior not George call me a General Manager cause all we want is our replacement Base which has been broken for over a year, Please send the base so we can settle this account and you will no longer hear or receive business from us
