8 months later and my lounge set is still broken

We bought a leather lounge set end of Oct 2012 at House and Home N1 City shopping centre. About a week after delivery, I reported to the salesman at House and Home that my one chair's armrest is totally loose and that they must come and repair it. After numerous calls, the chair was collected 2 months thereafter. When they eventually brought the chair back, it was worse that before they "fixed" it. Again I called for them to collect. Now it's again month later and I am still waiting on my 2 lounge chairs back. They took another one with to ensure that the returned one is not again scew and higher than what it should be.By the time I get the other 2 chairs they took away, the 3 we are now forced to "over use" will be overly used and the other two brand new. It's been 8 months of struggling and after paying a lot of money for the set, I still don't have one!!! Joke is, they offered that I purchase a new set, at the price I paid for the "broken" one, but what they don't understand is that I bought that set on special and there is no way I can get the same quality and style for that price now!! I am truly fed up
