On the 5th of September 2013 I logged my complaint that my seally base is broken with Furniture city. Within the next week they came and assess it and confirmed that they will replace it. Now the matres is starting to sag because of the broken base. Every time I phone them they have one or the other excuse why I'm still waiting. Or the lady says she will phone me back but never phones me back. This is really bad service, I pay a lot of money on my furniture each month. Then I get such bad service from them.. It's really annoying me. 2 months later and still no feed back from her. When I phoned the head office they said the complaint was only logged with them on the 10th of October 2013. This is unacceptable.
