Unresponsive Invasive Sale

On the 4th of February 2013 I bought a Dining room suite, Bedroom suite, Lounce suite, Pedestals, Plasma stand. Upon numerous complaints after one month goods started being delivered into sections. Nearly causing me a hart attack every time goods were delivered there was something either broken, scratched or seams on chairs skew sown. After again numerous complaints to Ellerines Head office speaking to Marie then manager George at Princess Crossing then once again being advised back to incompetent sales staff. I have still not up to this date 2nd May 2013 being contacted to swap comically put together lounce suite. Each time some or other excuse the most incompetent arrogant will NEVER purchase from FURNITURE CITY EVER AGAIN!!! Could probably buy better furniture from China Town!!!
