DIS-CHEM PHARMACIST PUTS LIVES AT RISK!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Belinda Olifant is a friendly but incompetent pharmacist who needs DRASTIC action taken against her when it comes to dispensing medicine to the public which could be fatal if done incorrectly not so?

I've had three "incidents" with her so far and today a fourth and final hence this formal complaint.

I once called and asked Belinda to dispense medication for me for three days. Instead she simply dispensed three tabs (ignoring the doctor's "three times a day" script instruction) of everything to me which I discovered only once I got home. I was forced to get back into my car and return to the store in peak traffic to sort out this mess.

The next incident was asking her on the phone to dispense Propecia for me and NOT Finpecia when preparing my medication for collection. She invoiced AND I PAID FOR Propecia only to arrive home and find that I've been had for receiving the cheaper Finpecia. (This dispute was cleared once I drove back to the store and feeling flustered paid the difference a second time!)

PLEASE EMAIL THE NATURE OF YOUR COMPENSATION TO ME IN WRITING FOR LEGAL PURPOSES for my frustration, waste of time and money and the risk involved. Thank you
