Furniture City is inefficient!!!

I purchased furniture for R40 000 from Furniture City Princess Crossing, Roodepoort. I was promised that my delivery will be at my door on the morning of Thursday 2 May 2013.

At 2pm, after waiting for them since 9am, I called the distribution centre where the receptionist by the name of Samantha put the phone aside and conmtinued to talk to her colleagues in the background.

i then put the phone down and called again, nobody was willing to tell me where my furniture was.

It is now 5.50pm and I am still waiting for my furniture. The store manager seems to be just as confused as I am, if not more.

Its no wonder why the division is running at a loss and pulling African Bank down. Its this shocking inneficiency.

I want the deal cancelled, and want nothing further to do with them.

I will tell everyone I know NOT to make the mistake of buying anything from ANY of the stores in the group. THIS IS SHOCKING!!!
