On the 13th of May we bought a Lavita entertainment unit from House and Home after being assisted by Cynthia and Andile from Sales.

A payment was made on the 14th for the unit. An incorrect delivey of another unit with a broken glass top was made Thursday. The following day (15th) i went back to the branch to advise them of the incorrect delivery and broken glass top and was advised by Andile that it was an error on the stores part where incorrect swing tags were placed on wrong stock.

I was promised collection of the incorrect unit the following week, Waited and waited until i went back to the shop and was advised that due to stock take issue my goods were not orderd from the warehouse.

After some bit of convincing on the 23rd to change and get something else, instead of a refund. We settled on a coffee table.

Went back to the shop on the 31 of May to request a refund on the money paid. After an escalation from Cynthia to Gloria the Manager who apologised and promised that a delivery will be made on Saturday the 1st of June 2013
Received a confirmation call from Gloria to advise that a delivery will be made on Sunday till today 3rd nothing has been done.
