I need to close my account

Edgars makes it very easy to open an account, but so easy to close one. I was under the impression that I could get a 6 month interest free account with them, but it turns out they only offer the 12 month 21% interest account. This is completely crazy, I would rather use my credit card then, and I therefore want to close my account. I tried calling their accounts department numerous times but I am just keep on hold over and over again. I have sent an email hoping this will get a response.
