Waiting for a month for a refund

On the 02nd August 2013 a delivery for a Hurricane air fryer, was delivered, as per our order with your sales representative Gladys.

On receiving the item it was not working and we called the following day to notify your office of the problem, Gladys confirmed that the unit will be collected and a new unit delivered.

The collection took about 2 weeks to be collected without a new unit. When calling Gladys she advised that there was no stock available and they would deliver on the 20th August 2013. No delivery had arrived until the 10th September 2013 the same unit was re-delivered still not working.

I then personally brought the unit into your offices at 39 Commerce crescent, and was told by Gladys that there would be a refund made to us within 48 hours. I too received a credit note from Gladys with the total refund due.

To date and almost a month later, no payment refund has been received, and after several calls to Gladys I have still had no response.

Gladys has promised on at least 3 (three) occasions that she would call me back, but unfortunately this does not happen.

With every other call a message is left for Gladys to return my calls all to no avail.
