10 Business days for Refund?

Bought a dishwasher for R2689 on the 12th of July to be delivered the 13th by latest 13:00 as per sales lady Peggy with a delivery cost of R275 total cost was R2964. On the 13th I waited the whole day till 15:00 when I decided to go back to the store and pickup the item in my car and get a delivery refund to the value of R275. The delivery refund was processed and the dishwasher loaded upside down in my car by the brilliant staff. On arrival at home I noticed the whole unit was soaked with water as well as the boot of my car before unloading the unit I decided to take the unit back as clearly the control board got soaked. I got back at the store for the 3rd time and requested a refund which was processed for the remaining R2689. 3 days later as expected the refund for the delivery fee of R275 was credited to my credit card, today is 10 days later and im still waiting for my refund for the dishwasher clearly this was not released with the rest of the banking but for the last 2 weeks I have been given the run around by every one of the staff I speak to Incl the branch manager by the name of Desegan. I ask that someone senior deal with this matter as I want my money back pls?
