I bought a Samsung galaxy s3 at glomail in menlyn after a few days of using the phone the camera showed a message that said "camera failed". I took the phone back to glomail so that they can send it back to Samsung to be repaired on 19th April 2013. After 4 weeks I called glomail to ask if my phone was back and they said no. after 5 weeks I called and this time I was calling them like every second day but still nothing finally they said the person responsible for my phone is going to fetch it on 27th May 2013. I went to glomail on 29th May 2013 to go fetch my phone or so I thought, when I got there they told me that my phone had liquid damaged so they will not fix it for free I don't have a problem paying. What upset me was that I waited 6 weeks for them to tell me that my phone had liquid damaged 6 weeks in fact they say they did not know where my phone was they found it at North Gate. 31ST May 2013 I called glomail to ask if they got a quotation for the liquid damaged they told me I had to pay for a quotation so I told them to bring my phone back I have not received any feedback even now I paid that phone cash I owe them nothing, and this is the thanks I get.
