Late delivery / 3 incorrect units / damaged goods

On the 13 Jan 2014 I purchased a wall unit from Anastacia & paid cash for it. She advised it will be ordered & delivery will take place Frid 17 Jan, which never happened. Monday 20 Jan I called Anastacia, she said she was going to order the unit & it will be delivered by the end of the week. Thursday 23rd I was contacted by the driver & advised delivery will take place between 14h00-14h30.15h15 still no delivery. I contacted Anastacia she said i must call the office & ask to speak to the manager. I then spoke to Desigan who advised the delivery will take place today. Delivery was made at 17h30 & one of the cabinets was the incorrect side. I called & was advised that they will deliver a new cabinet on Friday 24th & again they delivered the incorrect unit. I called in & was told they will deliver on Sat 24th. This morning the driver advised that the unit he is delivering is damaged but he will order a new one which will take two weeks! I contacted Desigan who advised that he will investigate and call me back. Still no feedback. The service is shocking & clearly you don't value your clients from the other complaints logged. No one is taking responsibility or providing any solutions
