Indecent service and Harsh harassment from Supplie

On 8 June I ordered and paid for Cooper Leather Daybed. The experience on the shop floor was horrendously unprofessional. I was constantly interrupted by his female assistant. Delivery was promised for 17 June. Between 11 and 17 June several calls were made to the Manager (Mr Fanie Scheffer). All the calls were answered with a confirmation that the unit will be delivered on time by him in person.
The delivery came on 17 June, but to my astonishment, the second hand demo unit was delivered. My bitter complaints to the very unprofessional female assistant was ignored and I was openly harassed by the delivery staff. Their boisterous and sneering remarks were also heard by my neighbours. The delivery driver got out of his vehicle at one stage, attempting to physically attack my wife! I had to force him of my private property.
Mr Scheffer Visited me, apologised and promised to deliver on 24 June and also offered a discount of R 900.00 to compensate for the discomfort and also the emotional harassment encountered.
I received a letter stating that the unit will be delivered on approximately 17 July.(If this can be believed) The unprofessional and harassing behaviour need to be made good!!
