GENERAL MANAGER MUST BE ON STRIKE???

On 09/02/2013, I purchased a bedroom suit from Geen & Richards, Southgate branch. The furniture was delivered on 11/02/13. Upon receiving the furniture I noted it was damaged and pointed it out to the delivery men. The following day I contacted Lawrence (Salesman) telephonically and requested that he come through to check the bedroom suit, which he did on 14/02/13. He agreed the furniture was in an unacceptable condition and would be exchanged.
From there it all went wrong. I have spoken to Lawrence, Jackie, Lunga, Willie Swanepoel, Renier, Christa, Cynthia, Mavis and Marie Stein. It is amazing, when I ask for the General Manager; no one seems to be able to give that information. In fact, I was speaking to Marie Stein under the impression she was a manager, only to find out she is a personal assistant.
The bedroom suit has been exchanged on 3 different occasions. Each time a damaged bedroom suit gets delivered. I have requested the furniture gets opened and checked before delivery, as always sealed units are delivered.
