On the 14th of March I logged a complaint with regards to FICA. Edgars did NOTHING other than a lame response on Hello Peter. I subsequently went back (mistake 2) on the 12th of April - a month later - and inquired. The ORIGINAL documents were found - but I was told - Go get new copies. Not my mistake but I had to drive back home for new copies my expense for incompetent staff??? The FICA was done- AGAIN, I had to confirm details over the phone with the "Head Office" as the staff called it etc. Then I purchased some items on the account. All sorted out... No flippen way!!! Today 1st May I wanted to purchase again, guess what? "Eish! Your account is not FICA - You must go to the office." Dear, how is it possible to be so incompetent? Not only did the -up the first time but also the second time. Their response is lame, empty and meaningless. They do not want customers it seems. So, they may keep their Chinese stuff I will buy some place else! Thank you Edgars for doing NOTHING but making a fool out of me; to think I actually went back, even after their second promise was without intent. INCOMPETENCE by the SAME staff member TWICE??? Bad, really bad!
