Lounge Suite torn within 2 months

On the 24/12/2012 i went to Ellerin Furnitures in Mogwase and bought a 4 lounge suit.just after two months, the two seater stiches started to get loos and eventually got torn. I called the store manager who told me that they have sent my complaint to the head office. She called again after a month to ask if they did came and fetched the damaged goods... I told her no..Since then nothing has happened. I am still waiting six months later.
