On the 28th December 2012 I went to Jet Main Street, PE and I bought a pair of slippers that were on sale but when I got home I noticed that the sizes was a 6 and a 3, I stay in Uitenhage so I went to return them at Jet Caledon Street in Uitenhage and I was helped by a very rude lady called Beryl I told her that I was given sizes that don't match so I would like a refund as I do not want them anymore. She said they have got them in stock and asked if I was gonna take another pair I said NO she then said I must go back to PE where I bought them as they do not have the matching sizes there. I then asked what about when she asked if I would like another pair and she said NO they will not be able to take them back at all coz the matching sizes are in PE. My question is this, what is the point of having different branches of stores when one store cannot help a customer just because they bought something from another store. Didn't they have another way of taking it to PE rather than me going all the way back to PE with my money for a mistake that was made by JET and not me, now I have to waste my money and time because they REFUSE point-blank to help a customer for THEIR fault???
