PROMISING A CUSTOMER TO GET SHOES & THEN DON'T!!!

My husband went and bought me Black wedged boots that were on special R160.00. I wore them once and the shoe started pulling away from the back of the wedge. I went to Clearwater Mall where my husband bought it to ask for another pair. Then it was said that they don't have more and they don't do TRANSFERS BETWEEN BRANCHES anymore! That is ridiculous. Phoned other stores like Westgate which they had nothing, the system isn't accurate with sizes, then she saw Rustenburg had a pair in my size. Contacted them and then the promise made by the person assisting me said she is going to Rustenburg and asked them to keep the boots for her to collect. She will bring them back and contact me in this week to collect the weekend. Thursday I phoned to check, no she is off & didn't bother going to Rustenburg, then this morning I phoned again. Now she is off sick! I would like to know how the boots will get to Clearwater or what needs to happen as a promise was made to a customer, so TBB needs to occur from where ever. I need these boots asap before the 14th September! Please contact me on how TFG is going to sort this issue out.
