Horrific experience!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes 2weeks back from woolworths Jabulani mall. sizes were small and i retuned them to the store 2days after, when i got to the store to my suprise they told me that i can not exchange shoes on promotion price and that i must pay the full price and i had to go back home with those sizes and do not have money to add and do not know what i'm going to do with them?? I fail to understand why customers are not advised of such, i asked the consultant why and she just gave me attitude and was very rude! I really dnt feel appreciated by woolworths and its stuff.
