Labels on clothes don’t match labels on hangers

Clothing sizes NEVER match the size on the hanger. Today it happened 3, yes three times. I picked up a set of bras (the hanger read my size) then searched high and low for matching knickers. I finally found them in another section of the department and I took them (the hanger read my size), but they looked too big. Surprise, surprise, they were 2, yes two, sizes too big! Re-starting my search I found something else, looked at about four different hangers and labels finally I found my size (the hanger read 2 sizes bigger). In the queue I saw that the bras were not my size (two sizes bigger). I went back to where I started, got my size (on the wrong hanger). When I got to the till, Marriam assisted me. I told her about my issue and I was ignored. I asked Smangele (helping a gent return something that was on an incorrect hanger). She finally engaged in conversation, the just of it being that they are too busy all day to ensure that the correct sizes land up on the correct hangers and that the customer is to blame. The lack of interest & blatant attitude I got is disgusting and I strongly suggest something be done. Clearly the customer isn't always right, but always to blame!
