GOODS BOARD IN MY NAME

I have called town talk the debid in my salary for wardrobe which i did not buy. The manager JOHN KAPA has called me requested my signateures and id copies and payslip to investigate the matter. JOHN called me and said the signature on the delivery document is not mine and he will refund R18000 on my account on the 15 of January 2013 . NOW WHEN I CALL HIM HE SAID I MUST OPNE A CASE ND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE THE MATTER . AM SUPPRISED BECAUSE I SENT MY FINGER PRINT AND THE MATTER WAS CLOSED IN DECEMBER.
