Ordered 1st of November and still waiting

I have ordered and paid cash on the day R14000 and have still not received my order. The shop has come up with every kind of excuse, and delivered demo couches from their shop at my house to keep me quiet. Those demo couches are broken and I can see the inside of the couch. The quality seems very bad and I am worried.
