My TV developed a fault and I took it back to HIFI Corp on the 14th of May 2013 as it was still under warranty, as per the advice of the sales person you pay a bit more for an extended warranty which I did.
On the 31st of may I received a call to come collect my TV on 31 May 2013 as it was fixed, I got there and the guy manning the counter took the TV plugged it on power and it just went blank. He then read the sticker and it had RNR which he said meant Return and Replace..
He told me to go home and pick up the box and remotes which I all had.
An hour later I come back, there is this lady who was refered to as the manager and she said my TV was supposed to have been fixed as per her system and as such would have to wait till Monday for another manager to decide what to do as the TV was still faulty.
I asked the lady why then I was called to come pick it up and then told to go bring the box.
"Ohh thats a human error, you have to come back I cant help you"
How can you not help me when you are the one who you are the one with my TV and why should i wait till Monday for your manager, there was nothing like that on the clauses when i was paying for the extended warranty.
