1 month ago my fridge stop working. I phoned the customer care. A guy by the name of Mike from Mikectrolight came to fix the fridge. He was subcontracted by Hi-Fi Corp to fix my fridge. 4 weeks later the fridge stopped working. Same problem as before.

I called the customer care on 01-07-13.By Wed 03-07-13 know 1 contacted me, so I went to the branch. I over heard 1 of the sales reps selling a warranty. He said "If they buy the extended warranty and the goods where faulty it would be replaced on the second time." Same speech I received. So I approached him, he told me I should read the back of the warranty. But u only get to read the back of the warranty once you have paid for it. I was promised that some one will call me asap.

On Friday 05-07-2013 I returned to the store coz know one had contacted. The manager Neelan said that LG must come out and access. But why did LG not to fix it the first time. Why did they send Mike from Mikectrolight. To top it all I had to open a new query coz the guy from Wed is on leave.

Why was LG it not present to collect the money when I paid. Stop blaming LG and live up to your warranty.
My receipt say HI-FI CORP EXTENDED WARRANTY.
