Poor after sales service on extended warranty

Sent my tv in for repairs, minor issue, had an extended warranty plan. Waiting 20 working days and when told this week i could collect after numerous follow ups, i was then informed yesterday after calling again truck which picks up goods was not functional, no courtesy of informing me and to hi fi corp, so what its extended warranty and live with it, manager at n1 branch seemed non chalant, samsung changed agent so no their fault repair has taken this long, no apology wven. Disgraceful service, they so unproffessional its unreal. They should really take their service more seriously, like game and makro, will never purchase from hi fi corp ever.
