Under-Warranty Washing Machine not fixed 13 days

On Friday (30/9/13) reported via email communication that my washing machine had a fault. Washing machine under extended warranty at extra cost. (Contract number 3597- Tranasction number: CA100510057734)

Monday (2/9) enquired with HiFI Corp, told email had not been received, email sent again to exact same email address, telephonic follow up, informed incident was logged. Wednesday (4/9) machine collected from my Gran premises (machine currently in my Grans' possesion). TM Electronics collected on behalf of Hi Fi, job number is 217821. Staff collecting machine informed my gran it would take 3-4 working days to fix.

Upon following up with TM Electronics call centre on Monday (9/9) informed by Joyce that quote was sent to Hifi Corporation and were awaiting authorisation. Futher follow up on Tuesday and Wednesday informed that Hi-FI had claimed they had not received quote. Contacted Durban Hi-Fi Corp on Thursday (12 Sep), Linda said she had had no knowledge but would get back to her. Linda phoned Gran and said she had received and would send through for authorisation.

Gran has now been without washing machine for two weeks with no communication on when she will receive it.
