Arrogant, rude, late service if ANY service

We have placed an order with this company more than a month ago and paid our deposit. We gave tried to contact them numerous times to collect our order and settle the account. Percy throws the phone down on us, never replies to emails unless he is attacking us verbally and we are yet to hear anything about out order.

He missed 2 ery important deadlines and when posting on their Facebook page, he first attacked me and then deleted the page completely. It says a lot about the "quality" of service they produce. If I didn't know better, I would think it is a ir just another pathetic and rude service provider with no people, business or management skills.
