Disgusting and Unproffesional

I placed an order last week Monday for a Chantel Maternity Dress. I recieved no email confirmation back that order had been place or that the company had recieved my payment. I contacted Christine and she confirmed that she had recieved my order and payment and would email me. Today is the following week Tuesday and I still have no email correspondence confirming payment, order or expected delivery date. I have tried a few times to contact the company and they do not answer their phone. I know they have my contact number aswell as they confirmed they had recieved my order and payment and it was on the order. I sent Christine a message by sms this morning since they dont answer my call that I was worried this was not a legititmate company and commented on their facebook page and recieved an VERY snotty response! This is totally unprofessional and they have done nothing to put my mind at ease and can honestly say I will never use them again! They are totally unprofessional. I suggest anyone considering using them should look at their facebook page and response to me just to get an indication as to how they treat their clients.
