I got a Tevo Shox Boom Box for my birthday quite a while ago. When I opened the box yesterday to take the Shox out, I found that the buttons were broken. As the product carries a 1 year warranty, I returned it to musica with the original proof of purchase. When the product was bought, the price of it was R349.99 and now when I returned it, it was R399.99. They didn't have stock to exchange the product for me, but they said they can give me a musica voucher. It's understandable that they can not give me back the amount of R399.99, but now I have to pay R50 extra because the product was broken but bought for R349.99. I'm not happy with the fact that I have to pay more for it because it was broken in the first place, and not my problem or fault. I expect musica to come back to me and refund me with a new shox without me having to pay the new price for it. I'm not happy with the way they handled my problem in store as it also took them more than 30 min just to sort out the voucher.
