I placed and paid for an order on [URL Removed] on 22/12/2013. I fully understand that it is a terrible time to order anything online, but was happy to wait until after the holidays for my order.

I communicated with the owner via the Facebook page of Century Games and was told that I would receive information regarding my order on 27/12/2013. On that day I was told via Facebook that their suppliers only open on 6/1/2014. Fair enough. On the 6 of January when I tried to log in to my profile to see whether the status of my order had changed, I was greeted with the message that the account for the website had been suspended.

I phoned the owner, Jacques Senekal, on 7/1/2013 and he reassured me all was good and that he would contact his supplier immediately and phone me back. He is yet to do so. I suspect I have been taken and my money is lost. My suspicions were heightened when another unhappy customer commented on my Facebook post, she also had been duped by another of Mr Senekal's enterprises, Urbonic Graphics.

I want my money back! I hope you can assist
