I am beyond disgusted with your "service". Because of YOU stuffing up my account, I had to pay double last month. Then this month my debit order doesn't go off and then when when I try pay it the account number is wrong. Phoning your "customer service" is a JOKE! Even sending e-mails from your website didn't work - not ONE response even from posting on your facebook page.

I ACTUALLY WANTED TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT, you think you could get a human to call me and not send me automated phone calls? Or sms's

*I* was having a problem paying with and EFT because of YOUR account number not working.

Eventually got hold of an actual human that helped me late Friday but even the one before that was as USELESS as the rest. Wish I took the lady's name that ended up going through everything step by step with me and so much patience when she could hear how irate I was.

I am seriously considering taking my business else were after 10 years. YOU my account yet don't have the decency to respond to requests for assistance!
