Shocking business practice. Avoid

My wife and I were married on 02/10/2010 and we have now been fighting for nearly two and a half years to get the wedding photographs and albums that we paid for from Derek Gravett.

First Derek's site had been 'hacked' and so he was no longer using the original e-mail address that he gave us. Then the excuse was that he was overseas regularly for extended periods of time. Then his house was damaged, phone and so the excuses continued.

After he started ignoring my phone calls and SMS's completely, I posted to his work facebook page, which got us our main wedding album and also got me banned from his work facebook page. Once or twice I have been able to get through by using random phones but as soon as he has recognized my voice he has been extremely rude to me and put down the phone.

We still do not have the brag books that we paid extra for. One of which was for my wife's Grandmother, who has since died.

We have since been in contact with four other couples who have had similar service from Derek.
