I placed and order with Lynne Venter and her company that do printing on t-shirts. I waited 4 weeks for her to print 6 t-shirts. When I eventually got them, she printed the 2 x Large t-shirts I had ordered and paid for on 2 x 2XLarge t-shirts. When I phoned her to ask what went wrong she said she would get back to me, my quotation and invoice both state 2 x XLarge t-shirts, she didn't phone me back, I have to continuously call her. When I said that she needs to replace them and that her supplier supplied her with the wrong sizes (that she should have checked) she offered me to bring them back (I live in Honeydew, West Rand, she runs her business from Alberton) and she will cut the shirts smaller..?? I have never in my live heard of something so unprofessional. She immediately attacked me verbally by saying she can not deal with people and complaints like this, and I should rather never call her again!! How does she do business, even though I place a small order I should get the same customer service she gives bigger clients. I was referred to her by someone that does a lot of printing with her, and when I had asked does she treat and speak to him in the same way, she said no...
