I ordered groceries online and the delivery time was confirmed for 2 - 5pm on Monday (3 June). At 4:45 I phoned to find out about the delivery. I was told they are running late and they can't tell me what time they will be at me. This firstly is bad enough because they should have told me they were going to be late so I could make alternate arrangements for dinner. They didn't arrive at all on Monday nor did I receive a call to advise of any problem. Someone possibly came to deliver Tuesday morning however no-one was home as they should have delivered Monday and should have phoned to find out when would be the next time to deliver. I tried 10 times today to try get hold of Woolworths online but every single time I was either cut off as soon as they answered or told to hold on and then cut off (10 times!!!). I phoned your general enquiries to try and resolve the problem number and they put me back through to the same people who keep cutting me off! I want to cancel my order immediately but can't get anyone to assist!
