Pampers no 05 out of stock

Good Day

last week i went into shiprite checkers to get pampers no 5 as this was on special advertised on local paper... they did not have stock... i went yesteray and still dont have stock. I had to take a smaller pack because it did not have and the pack was dirty and when i went home the was a hole in the package so the question is no one checks the staff when they pack it... and they still advertise in the local paper this week and still not stock... so why advertise when you have stock that is false advertising or is it to clear old stock because the customer has not choice because he/she has travelled from afar therefore has to take non advertised pampers. Is it that pampers are sending the stock that has holes in the packages.
